Instructions for use

1. Overview

The pressure sensitive core of lc-818 series pressure transmitter adopts hγigh-performance silicon piezoresistive pressure oil filled core.♦ The internal ASIC converts the sensor millivolt signal into standard v÷oltage, current or frequency signal, which can be directly connected wi↓th computer interface card, control instrument, intel$ligent instrument or PLC. The current output mode can be used for distance transmission. Lc-818★ series has small volume, light weight, all stainless steel sealing structure, which can work in  corrosive environment. The product is easy to install and has the performance of anti vi<bration and anti impact. It is widely used in process control, aviation, aerospace, automobile, meΩdical equipment, HVAC and other fields.   &n∞bsp; 

2. Direct lead structure electrical connection:

Current: brown wire: 24 VDC;

Blue line: current output.

Voltage: red line: 9VDC;

Blue line: power supply -;

Yellow line: voltage output +.

3. Installation method

(1) select the place easy to operate and maintain for in∞stallation;

(2) it should be installed as far away from the vibratiγon source as possible;

(3) keep away from heat sources as far as possible;

(4) it is connected with the measuring pipe through the valve;

(5) when installing, clamp it on the six sides of the transmitter with a wrench;

(6) during operation, the joint between Hirschmann joint and shell cannot rotβate.

4. Precautions for use

(1) when handling and installing the transmitter, care should be taken to prevent the co↔mponents from being damaged by impact, which will affect the performance ofπ the circuit.

(2) there is an isolation diaphragm in the pressur¶e inlet of the transmitter. Do not touch it artificially with foreig✘n matters.

(3) please strictly follow the wiring method for electr≤ical connection. Wrong wiring will cause damage to the amplifier circuit.

(4) please contact our company in case of any problem during the installation≠ and use of the product. When the product is abnormal, please do≠ not open it for repair without authorization, and contact the ma☆nufacturer in time.
