Low power differential pressure transmitter

1. Overview

The pressure sensitive core of lc-818 series pressure transmitter adopts high-performance si←licon piezoresistive pressure oil filled core. The inteφrnal ASIC converts the sensor millivolt signal into standard voltage, current or fr✔equency signal, which can be directly connected with computer interface card,​ control instrument, intelligent instrument or PLC. The current output mode can ₹be used for distance transmission. Lc-818 series has small volume, light weiπght, all stainless steel sealing structure, which can work in corrosive environment. The pro↕duct is easy to install and has the performance of anti vibra®tion and anti impact. It is widely used in process control, aviation, aerospace, a​utomobile, medical equipment, HVAC and other fields.

3. Electrical connection

4.2 electrical connection of direct lead structure:

Current: brown wire: 24 VDC;

Blue line: current output.

Voltage: red line: 9VDC;

Blue line: power supply -;

Yellow line: voltage output +.

4. Installation method

(1) select the place easy to operate and maintain for installatio☆n;

(2) it should be installed as far away from the vibration source as poss÷ible;

(3) keep away from heat sources as far as possible

(4) it is suggested to connect the measuring pipe with valφve;

(5) when installing, clamp it on the six sides of the transmitter w<ith a wrench;

(6) during operation, the joint between Hirschmann joint and shell cannot rotate.

5. Precautions for use

(1) when handling and installing the transmitter, care should be taken to♥ prevent the components from being damaged by impact, which will affect the p∑erformance of the circuit.

(2) there is an isolation diaphragm in the pressure inlet of the transmitte♦r. Do not touch it artificially with foreign matters.

(3) please strictly follow the wiring method for electrical connection. Wrong wiring will ☆cause damage to the amplifier circuit.

(4) please contact our company in case of any problem during t↕he installation and use of the product. When the prod✘uct is abnormal, please do not open it for repair without authorization, and≠ contact the manufacturer in time.
