Battery powered pressure sensor

1、 Overview

Digital pressure gauge is full electronic structure, battery powered, easy ₽to install on site. The front-end uses high-precision piezoresistive pressure sensor. The out×put signal is amplified and processed by high-precision, low-temperatu re drift amplifier, sent to high-precision A / D converter, converted into digital s'ignal that can be processed by microprocessor. After operation and λprocessing, the actual pressure value is displayed by LCD dis£play.

The intelligent digital pressure gauge is flexible to use, simαple to operate, easy to debug, safe and reliable. Widely used in water and electricity, tap→ water, petroleum, chemical, machinery, hydraulic and other industries, to £measure and display the pressure of fluid medium.

5、 Installation

It can be directly installed on the hydraulic pipeline through the pressu‌re pipe joint (M20 * 1.5) (other size joints can be specified when ordering). In critical< applications (such as severe vibration or impact), the pressure pipe joint can be §mechanically decoupled by micro hose. ﹣ note: when the measuring range is less than 100KPA,₩ it must be installed vertically.

6、 Operating instructions:

1. Measurement status:

On / off: short press the "on / off" key to switch units: long press the "on / o•ff" key to switch units

Clear peak value: press the "zero" key for a short time. Clear display: press t>he "zero" key for a long time

(Note: this function can only be used without pressure)

2. Setting status:

"Zero" key: short press to modify the current flicker value or fli​p down the menu, long press to move the flicker position ∏"on / off" key: short press to allow to modify the current parameter value (the highφest value flickers) or confirm the current modified parameter value (the val§ue stops flickering), long press is invalid

3. Parameter setting:

"Locd": password input menu, input password "100↑0"

"Off T": automatic shutdown time menu, setting range "00 ~ 15" mi nutes, "00" for continuous operation

"Bclt": backlight on time menu, setting range &✔quot;00 ~ 15" minutes, "00" is to turn off backlight

"End -": exit the menu, setting values "0 ~ 1", "0&quo←t; to exit without saving setting parameters, &quoεt;1" to exit with saving setting parameters

4. Setting method:

1. Press "zero" and "on / off" at the same time. When &quo©t;lock" is displayed on the sub screen, input &qu¥ot;1000", press "on / off" to confirm and enter the paramete¥r setting state

2. Short press "zero" to select the menu to modify

3. Press the "on / off" key to modify the parameters

4. Press the "on / off" key to confirm the αmodification

5. Short press "zero" to select "end -" menu,

7、 Instructions for use:

1. The instrument should be stored and used in the environm§ent of - 20 ℃ ~ 70 ℃, and the humidity is less than 80%

2. The instrument connector should be concentric and flat when connecting the pipeline

3. Please use 9V alkaline battery (6LR61) when replacing the battery.

8、 Ordering instructions:

The measuring range, accuracy grade and interface σsize should be indicated when ordering.

9、 Warranty

Under the condition that the user abides by the rules of use→ and protection, the instrument is guaranteed for one year∞ from the date of delivery. The maintenance after one year is carried out in our company.•
